From small beginnings in Georgia, Carmike Cinemas had grown to be one of the largest theater chains in the United States. Focusing on the secondary theater market in the south and Midwest, Carmike became the only movie venue in each small town. The Missoula Carmike Cinema has a total of 48,940 square foot, 900 seats with nine screens. Luxury reclining seats and a dine-in restaurant offer the total movie going experience, enhanced by large screens, such as Big D and IMAX.
